PEMBROKE PINES, Fla., June 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Standard Pacific Homes, one of the nation's leaders in homebuilding quality, today announced plans to break ground on Raintree, a master-planned community located in upscale Pembroke Pines at the northwest corner of Pembroke Road and Hiatus Road. Slated to open in early 2015, the gated-community will showcase Standard Pacific Homes' thoughtful community planning and all-new home designs. A groundbreaking ceremony will be held Wednesday, June 11 at 11:00 a.m.

Ranging in size from 1,604 to 1,927 square feet, the townhome designs will offer up to three bedrooms and three and one-half baths. All of the homes will showcase Standard Pacific Homes' innovative new architectural concepts including Great Room centered floor plans that meld into gourmet kitchens, outdoor living spaces and luxurious master suites.
